Tuition Due Dates

Annual………………If received by May 1st, Annual Tuition is eligible for a 5% discount
Semi-Annual………June 15 and December 15
Monthly……………June 15 through February 15

Monthly tuition payments are due the 15th of the month.  As a courtesy an invoice will be e-mailed approximately 2 weeks before the due date to those choosing the monthly payment plan.  A late penalty of $10.00 a month may be imposed after the 15th.

Since our operating expenses are relatively fixed before school begins, there are no refunds given for time missed because of extended illness or vacation.  If a student drops from a preschool program our refund policy is as follows:

If a student drops between:

  • June 15 and September 15, one month's tuition is non-refundable.
  • September 16 and October 15, two months' tuition is non-refundable.
  • October 16 and November 15, three months' tuition is non-refundable.
  • November 16 and December 15, four months' tuition is non-refundable.
  • December 16 and January 15, five months' tuition is non-refundable.
  • After January 16th there are no tuition refunds.

Payments may be made by check or automatic withdrawal (e-check) only.  SLC does not accept credit cards.
