Registration
In order to obtain priority status, returning families and members of the First Presbyterian Church of Evanston (FPCE) must submit their applications by January 27th. Registration forms for new families are due February 10th.
Please note that SLC strictly adheres to District 65’s September 1st birthday guideline. Every classroom has a range of birthdays so that no one child is substantially younger or older than his/her classmates.
Typically we receive a greater number of applications for the available openings. When classes are oversubscribed, a lottery is held to determine acceptances and a waitlist is created. The waitlist takes into consideration our desire to create diverse classrooms as well as boy/girl ratio. If we cannot place your child in any of our programs, we will return the application fee.
Tours of the preschool are generally offered Tuesday-Thursday at 9:30 and 10:15 a.m. If you are interested in scheduling a visit, please call Chrissy Cornell at 847.864.3889.
